If you’re missing items after a purchase, we can help! To properly investigate and restore your missing content, please send us the following details:
- A detailed list of the missing items, including the item names and quantities
- Your purchase receipt sent to your email by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You will need to forward the receipt to our support team directly, or you can also download it as a PDF file and attach it to your message.
⚠️ Screenshots of receipts will not be accepted- For Android (Google Play): Receipt must show the GPA number, item name, purchase email, and game name
- For iOS (Apple): Receipt must show the Order ID, item name, purchase email, and game name
- A screenshot of your in-game settings that clearly shows your TapBlaze ID
You can submit these details via the headset button on your settings page. Once we receive these details, we’ll be able to check your account and work on restoring your missing items.
